Our Journey
We are a locally-owned business, founded and operated by a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Mike began his career in law enforcement as a Military Police Officer stationed in Korea. In 1976, he transitioned to civilian law enforcement and retired as a Detective in 2002. Since then, he has been serving legal papers throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties — bringing over 40 years of experience in the field. Tracy began her career in 1986, focusing on serving papers, managing a legal messenger route, and handling court filings. Together, we founded Lickety Split Process Service in 2017.
